Senior Executive Compensation & Equity Analyst

DoorDash is looking for a Senior Executive Compensation & Equity Analyst to manage the development and implementation of executive compensation strategies. This role is pivotal in ensuring competitive and sustainable compensation programs for all employees.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in broad-based or executive compensation.
  • Experience with equity compensation administration platforms.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to shape executive compensation strategy.
  • Support end-to-end executive compensation processes.
  • Create and implement process improvements for equity compensation programs.
  • Present compensation insights to business partners.
  • Conduct market studies to ensure compensation competitiveness.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
