Senior Software Engineer II - Frontend

DoubleVerify is a leading media effectiveness platform leveraging AI to drive superior advertising outcomes for global brands. We are seeking a Senior Front-End Software Engineer to develop advanced user interfaces, contribute to technical architecture, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our product offerings.

Skills

Expertise with React or similar frameworks (5+ years).
Mastery in building advanced user interfaces using modern browser technologies.
Strong skills in data visualization using D3 or other libraries.
Experience building websites with Django framework.
Ability to decompose complex application behaviors into discrete functions.
Proficiency in testing, debugging and profiling code.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of evolving front-end technologies.

Responsibilities

Develop new components and applications in React-based UI.
Create templates, configurations, and artifacts within the web application framework.
Collaborate with Engineering team on backend API integration and design.
Author CSS, markup, and JavaScript for advanced UI and data visualizations.
Research and integrate 3rd party CSS and JavaScript frameworks as needed.
Organize code and assets responsibly.
Apply best practices for code readability and reuse.
Manage code changes and version control according to standards.
Measure and test functionality and performance of code.
Collaborate with Technical Management to develop robust software processes.
Work closely with design, product, and senior management teams in product planning.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
