We're looking for an Account Manager to elevate our legacy of white-glove service and set new standards for client relationships. In this role, you'll manage relationships with clients, talents, and Dulcedo team members, shaping distinctive brand identities and sophisticated digital strategies that empower our talents to excel in their careers and personal brand development. This position is a unique blend of client relationship management, project oversight, strategic development, and social media expertise. To succeed, you must possess exceptional client communication and organizational skills, along with a deep passion for the creator economy.



Expectations:

- Oversee and execute negotiated partnerships from start to finish, ensuring all contractual terms are met and project milestones are achieved as planned.

- Maintain continuous engagement with talents and brands throughout and beyond collaborations, offering support and guidance to enhance and nurture relationships.

- Track performance by evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) and present comprehensive reports at the end of each partnership, detailing successes, challenges, and key insights to inform future strategies.

- Collaborate with talents and Dulcedo employees throughout and beyond collaborations to ensure each talent maintains a consistent, and impactful social media presence.

- Develop content strategies and concept ideas, leveraging analytics and social media trends to maintain high engagement rates and ensure content effectiveness.

- Actively participate in talents’ agency experience by engaging in their onboarding, quarterly planning, and other key activities.

- Assist in the day-to-day management of talents by providing planning support to help organize their activities and ensure their success.

- Manage inbound PR requests, handle interview requests, respond to mailers, and process event invitations.

- Contribute to outbound strategies, including talent sourcing, outreach, interview pitching, talent gifting, event responses, and new brand pitch calls.

- Attend on-site production days and talent events, providing on-site support to guarantee successful collaborations.

- Leverage the right tools and information channels to stay on top of industry trends in order to serve as a valuable resource to the team. 

- Upon request, participate in our buddy program, where you'll be requested to mentor new hires and share best practices. 


Profile:

- 1+ years of experience working in influencer marketing or PR, either in-house or within an agency.

- Proven experience in communicating directly with both talents and corporate clients.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural talent for building and maintaining strong relationships.

- Strong mediation abilities with experience in negotiating, resolving conflicts, and managing expectations.

- High organizational skills with a proven track record in task management, handling details, meeting multiple deadlines, following processes and multitasking effectively.

- Knowledge in managing influencer/talent partnerships  and assessing social media metrics and industry KPIs.

- Strong understanding of paid media, influencer marketing, and public relations.

- Solid knowledge of fashion, beauty, and entertainment online communities.

- Demonstrated team player energy, with a collaborative approach and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

- A bachelor's degree in a related field is an asset.

- Experience in the pitch process with business development teams and clients is a plus.

On est à la recherche d'un Gestionnaire de Comptes pour élever notre réputation en matière de relations clients vers de nouveaux sommets. Responsabilités:

- Supervise et exécute les partenariats négociés pour nos talents du début à la fin, en veillant à ce que tous les termes contractuels soient respectés.

- Fais le suivi de la performance en évaluant les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et présente des rapports complets à la fin de chaque partenariat, détaillant les réussites, les défis et les insights clés pour orienter les stratégies futures.

- Développe des stratégies de contenu et des concepts, en utilisant les analyses et les tendances des réseaux sociaux pour maintenir un taux d'engagement élevé et garantir l'efficacité du contenu.

- Collabore avec les talents et les employés de Dulcedo pendant et après les collaborations pour s'assurer que chaque talent maintient une présence sur les réseaux sociaux à la fois constante et percutante.

- Participe activement à l'expérience en agence des talents en t’impliquant dans leur intégration, leur planification trimestrielle, et d'autres activités clés.

- Assiste à la gestion quotidienne des talents en offrant un soutien à la planification pour les aider à organiser leurs activités et assurer leur succès.

- Développe des stratégies de contenu et des idées de concepts, en t'appuyant sur les analyses et les tendances des réseaux sociaux pour maintenir un taux d'engagement élevé et garantir l'efficacité du contenu.

- Gère les demandes RP entrantes, traite les demandes d’interview, répond aux envois et traite les invitations à des événements.

- Contribue aux stratégies "outbound", y compris l'acquisition de talents, la proposition d'entrevues, les envois de cadeaux, les réponses aux événements, et les appels de nouvelles marques.

- Assiste aux journées de production sur site et aux événements des talents, en offrant un soutien sur place pour garantir la réussite des collaborations.

- Utilise les bons outils et les bons canaux d’information pour rester à jour sur les tendances de l’industrie, afin de servir de ressource précieuse pour l’équipe.

- Sur demande, participe à notre "buddy program", où tu seras invité à encadrer les nouveaux employés Dulcedo et à partager tes meilleures pratiques.


Profil:

- 1 an + d’expérience en marketing d'influence ou en relations publiques, que ce soit en entreprise ou en agence.

- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles avec un talent naturel pour bâtir et entretenir des relations solides.

- Grand sens de l’organisation avec un parcours démontré dans la gestion des tâches, la gestion des détails, le respect de multiples échéances, le suivi des processus et la gestion efficace du multitâche.

- Bonne compréhension des médias payants, du marketing d'influence et des relations publiques.

- Esprit d'équipe démontré, avec une approche collaborative et la capacité de donner et recevoir des retours constructifs.

-L'expérience dans le processus de présentation avec les équipes de développement des affaires et les clients est un plus.

- Un baccalauréat dans un domaine connexe est un atout.

- Solide connaissance des communautés en ligne de la mode, de la beauté et du divertissement.

Connaissance en gestion de partenariats avec des influenceurs/talents et en évaluation des indicateurs de performance des réseaux sociaux et de l’industrie.
