Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Provide analytical and consultative services to effectively manage programs through all phases, including business requirements analysis, software design, system testing, performance testing, and implementation.  
• Analyze and review the budget, schedule, and other program resources. Identify any resource shortfalls and make corrective recommendations.  
• Participate in analysis sessions to gather program requirements.  
• Review business, system, software, and system integration requirements to ensure they meet program needs.  
• Consider alternatives and develop recommendations. Identify, communicate, resolve risks and address issues to eliminate or mitigate consequences that may impact the project's success. Research and analyze relevant resource materials. 
• Monitor system tests, review test results, and identify project issues.

• Respond to team member and client requests via email, MS teams, or other communication means during core business hours. 
• Active listening skills to understand clients' needs, and collaboration skills to work with other developers and designers.
