About the Role

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Product Marketer to lead the marketing strategy for our workplace training content and learning management system (LMS) platform.

This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution to ensure our ecosystem of products, content, and service solutions reach the right audiences, with the right positioning and messaging.

With deep expertise in SaaS marketing, demand generation, and data-driven storytelling, you will craft and execute powerful go-to-market (GTM) strategies that expand reach and awareness, adoption, and inspire long-term customer loyalty.

Your ability to craft compelling positioning, enablement collateral, and multi-channel campaigns will ensure our products reach the right audiences with precision and impact.

As a strategic partner to Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership, you will drive performance marketing, optimize the customer journey, and empower teams with the insights and strategies needed to drive customer engagement and retention. Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute winning GTM strategies for innovative digital workplace training products and experiences, ensuring alignment with customer needs and evolving market trends.

  • Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to craft the strategic “why” behind the product, and then own resonant positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.

  • Define and drive product launch plans, ensuring seamless execution across all marketing channels (email, social media, paid ads, partnerships, events, etc.).

  • Work closely with Product Management to understand product features and translate them into clear, compelling marketing collateral.

  • Partner with demand gen and customer marketing to create and execute targeted integrated revenue campaigns.

  • Design and craft value-based messaging frameworks and enablement material for the entire EasyLlama product suite, empowering Sales and CX teams with the right product information and education. Proactively conduct workshops that facilitate cross-functional discussion aligned to these frameworks and key positioning criteria.

  • Identify and develop strategic product-focused content marketing initiatives, such as whitepapers, case studies, and webinars, to drive awareness and lead generation.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Partner holistically with Product Management to leverage customer insights, feedback, and product usage data to refine and optimize messaging and marketing campaigns.

Customer Engagement & Retention

  • Proactively collaborate with Customer Success to develop and execute customer education initiatives, and create onboarding and engagement campaigns that drive adoption to ensure users maximize the value of our training content and LMS platform.

  • Build and nurture brand advocates through a Customer Advisory Panel and regular product webinars.

Basic Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, or growth marketing.

  • Proven track record in demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle marketing.

  • Experience working with advanced performance marketing tools and automation to execute and manage campaigns efficiently.

  • Experience interfacing with Sales and Customer Experience platforms, such as Gong, ServiceHub, Vitally, ChurnZero, webinar platforms, etc.

  • Experience in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning/online learning platforms, or workplace training industries is a plus.

  • Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills, with expertise in HubSpot, Google Analytics, Metabase, or similar tools.

  • Ability to translate complex product features into clear, compelling messaging that resonates and inspires your target audiences.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success.

  • Excellent ownership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance efficiency, personalization, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Knowledge of learning technology trends, notably related to AI.

  • Familiarity with learning experiences that may fulfill compliance training requirements, such as harassment prevention training, cybersecurity awareness, HIPA compliance, or OSHA.
