Data Entry Specialist

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to support product data management efforts. This temporary role is essential for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of product information across internal systems and platforms. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering, entering, cleansing, and maintaining product data to support operational and eCommerce needs. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain accurate product data (specifications, pricing, images, etc.) in ERP and eCommerce systems.
• Audit and standardize product data, identifying and correcting inconsistencies or errors.
• Gather product information from various sources for input and verification.
• Support the full product lifecycle -- from new item setup to updates and discontinuation.
• Collaborate with analysts and team members to meet project goals and timelines.
• Assist in generating reports to monitor data quality and project progress.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, product data, or similar roles.
• Strong Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP required).
• Experience with ERP or eCommerce platforms preferred; familiarity with Python a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
