Overview
We’re building a best-in-class sales organization and looking for a highly capable Sr. Revenue Operations Specialist to play a pivotal role in our continued 3x year-over-year growth. As a core member of the GTM team, you’ll help drive operational excellence across our sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach), ensuring our 11 AEs and 7 SDRs have the tools, processes, and insights they need to be maximally effective. This is a high-impact position where you’ll handle day-to-day system administration (e.g. handling invoices, helping with contracts, creating reports, updating territories, assisting with onboarding, etc.) and work with senior leadership to unlock new revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities
Salesforce & Outreach Administration
Manage configurations, custom fields, workflows, and integrations to keep the tech stack running smoothly.
Enhance data quality and ensure data cleanliness so reps can focus on closing deals instead of chasing outdated records.
Process & Data Integrity
Refine and document core sales processes (e.g. territory assignments, funnel stages) to ensure data accuracy and pipeline visibility.
Troubleshoot system issues, serve as a go-to expert for training and support, and proactively address data gaps and errors.
Reporting & Analytics
Build and maintain dashboards, forecasting tools, and performance reports to provide real-time insights to Sales and Leadership.
Analyze metrics like win rates, deal velocity, and pipeline coverage, identifying trends that inform strategic decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to streamline lead generation, quoting, and commission processes.
Surface opportunities for workflow automation or process improvements that reduce friction and expedite deals.
Sales Enablement & Optimization
Help onboard new reps to Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom, and other internal systems—ensuring proficiency and compliance with best practices.
Continuously evaluate emerging sales operations tools and strategies that can enhance efficiency and drive revenue growth.

Additional Job Details
The expected salary and bonus range for this position is $100,000 – $140,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience. Additional benefits include equity, flexible vacation (especially during school holiday periods), and a technology stipend.
