  • Licensed Agents: Active Florida 2-15 (Life, Health, and Variable Annuities)
  • Aspiring Agents: If you’re not licensed yet, no problem! We’ll provide the training and cover costs to help you obtain your Florida insurance license and get contracted with top carriers.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Key Traits: Coachability, excellent communication, a positive attitude, resilience, and a competitive spirit are essential for success in this role.
