How You’ll Make an Impact:
You'll contribute to building a strong and diverse talent pipeline by engaging with top talent through active sourcing.
You’ll enhance candidate experience by seamlessly scheduling interviews communicating with candidates.
By collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers, you'll gain hands-on experience in aligning recruitment strategies with business needs.
By assisting with employer branding initiatives, events, and outreach activities, you'll enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
Your contributions to recruitment projects, will help optimise processes and improve the overall hiring journey.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
A passion for talent acquisition with a strong interest in the tech industry.
Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, or employer branding (e.g., through internships or university projects) is a plus.
You're currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and contribute ideas.
Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal.
