Job Description

Are you a dynamic self-starter with a passion for creating impactful content? Join our high-energy Marketing team and help shape the future of our e-commerce initiatives! We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to drive content creation for email marketing, website optimization, and e-commerce platforms like Amazon. If you love writing engaging content, crafting effective campaigns, and collaborating with a team, this role is for you!

Hybrid Role

You’ll work at our Fairfield, OH headquarters 2-3 days/week to collaborate with the other marketing team members, and from home on other days, if desired (pending performance and business needs).

What You’ll Do:

  • Create Compelling Content: Develop email campaigns, blog articles, web pages, and product-related copy that captivates and informs our audience.
  • Lead Email + SMS Marketing: Craft persuasive, results-driven email and texting campaigns to connect with our direct-to-consumer audience.
  • Optimize Website Performance: Use SEO tools like SEMrush and Keyword Planner to enhance content strategy and improve search rankings.
  • Collaborate Across Teams/Agencies: Work closely with sales, customer service, leadership, and the marketing team to understand our products, services, and customers. You’ll also work with our external agencies to complete special projects and weekly workload.
  • Research & Strategize: Dive deep into market research to uncover insights and trends, tailoring content to resonate with our diverse life science audience.
  • Measure Success: Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns, web pages, and other content based on data-driven insights.

  • Experience with SEO, email marketing, and digital content creation.

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, email marketing tools and website CMS (Wordpress) are a plus!

  • Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
