Sales Coordinator

Join the dynamic Eurofins Electrical & Electronic UK Limited team and contribute directly to our customers' development of new products and cutting-edge technologies in electrical engineering.

As a member of the team you will support our Sales and Management teams, providing excellent customer account management and on-going world class customer care.

We want to hear from you if you can demonstrate good attention to detail, a robust problem-solving mindset, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Working closely with our Expert Services and Global Market Access teams, you will coordinate and execute the sales process, from enquiry to order, ensuring a customer first experience; additionally, you will build customer relationships and maximise opportunity to cross-sell all of Eurofins Electrical & Electronic UK services.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in CRM use, customer care, scheduling and project management and will have the drive and passion to create a great customer experience.

Upon joining the Eurofins Electrical & Electronic UK team, you will receive a competitive package with good pension provision, training and development and the opportunity to progress in a growing and ambitious company. The post is full-time (37.5 hpw), and we offer five weeks of annual leave plus bank holidays. There is the possibility to work some of the time remotely.

Eurofins Electrical & Electronic UK delivers an extensive range of services covering all aspects of compliance, certification and testing for electrical and electronics products across all industries and market sectors and, in conjunction with companies in the wider Eurofins network, offers its customers a single point of contact for product approvals.

Eurofins E&E UK has locations in York, Castleford, Grangemouth, Bristol, London, Southampton and Bideford.
