As a member of the team you will support our Sales and Management teams, providing excellent customer account management and on-going world class customer care.

Working closely with our Expert Services and Global Market Access teams, you will coordinate and execute the sales process, from enquiry to order, ensuring a customer first experience; additionally, you will build customer relationships and maximise opportunity to cross-sell all of Eurofins Electrical & Electronic UK services.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in CRM use, customer care, scheduling and project management and will have the drive and passion to create a great customer experience.

The post is full-time (37.5 hpw), and we offer five weeks of annual leave plus bank holidays. There is the possibility to work some of the time remotely.
