Database Architect (Oracle)

We currently have a vacancy for a Database Architect (Oracle) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks

• Modelling, creation and design of relational databases;
• Maintenance of existing databases;
• Database performance analysis and tuning;
• Maintenance of data extractions of connected corporate systems;
• Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers.

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 17 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• Minimum 15 years’ of specific expertise in Oracle relational database;
• Minimum 15 years’ of specific expertise in design and modelling of logical and physical data models;
• Excellent knowledge of relational database design;
• Excellent knowledge of SQL;
• Very Good knowledge of Data Warehouse and Reporting concepts and tools;
• The following certificates are required: PM2 Agile, PRINCE2 Foundation, TOGAF Foundation & ITIL Foundation;
• Excellent command of the English language and a good understanding of French.
