Eve International Logistics is a third-party logistics company focused on delivering fast and efficient supply chain solutions to customers. The Logistics Account Executive Trainee is a highly adaptable logistics professional who supports account managers across the organization. This role is designed to help stabilize accounts, support high-growth opportunities, and bring operational consistency to accounts that need structure. The ideal candidate has strong third-party logistics experience and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where flexibility, execution, and customer service are essential. This is a rotational support role, moving from account to account as needed to drive performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term account growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy to support account managers and accounts identified as needing:
    • Stabilization (missed pickups/deliveries, customer dissatisfaction)
    • Growth acceleration (high volume or revenue potential)
    • Operational structure (disorganized load management, inconsistent processes)
  • Strengthen operational processes (load coverage, carrier communications, portal management, dispatch accuracy, tracking, etc.)
  • Helps ensure compliance with hours of service, appointment scheduling, and equipment requirements
  • Track and monitor assigned loads with full visibility and escalation awareness
  • Support account managers by helping with:
    • Carrier vetting and onboarding
    • Rate confirmations and BOL accuracy
    • Macropoint setup and usage
    • Resolving paperwork or payment issues with customers and carriers
  • Assist in training or reinforcing standard processes with account managers or new hires
  • Monitor and report on account health: service performance, trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Maintainup-to-date knowledge of freight market conditions and apply it to account support

Requirements

 Requirements:
Education and Experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Previous industry experience preferred, but not required

  • Strong proficiency in billing software, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. 
  • Familiarity with logistics or transportation industry billing practices
  • Strong attention to detail

Compensation: 

  • $44,000 - $46,000 
  • Eligible for year-end and interim bonuses
