Job Description

13 month Fixed term contract position 

What will you be doing?

We’re seeking a talented Internal Communications Specialist  to join our Internal Communication team in London which is responsible for supporting our group-wide and Financial Services internal communications strategy. responding to our colleagues’ communication needs and devising the best ways to engage them.

You will be working on a variety of projects and tasks as well as working and engaging with different business areas with a close partnership with our Financial Services teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the internal communications strategy to align with organisational goals and values.
  • Bring to life our company culture and generate meaningful employee engagement by planning, creating, and delivering impactful content.
  • Support the end-to-end production and distribution of key internal communications.
  • Nurture and build relationships with all the relevant stakeholders supporting their communication needs.
  • Help deliver change communication plans for organisational transformation and new initiatives.
  • Support the team’s relationships with various internal committees and Financial Services workstreams
  • Guide the planning of internal events supported by the Internal Communications team

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should

  • Remarkable written communication skills, with experience in copywriting   
  • Good understanding of graphic design principles, with an ability to visually express key project details with minimal design team support
  • Experience in rolling out internal communication campaigns
  • High certainty in your organisational skills,
  • Considerable attention to detail and ability to balance multiple campaigns and projects.
  • Experience in the Financial Services sector (this is an advantage, but isn’t required)
