Software Engineer, Developer Experience
Everlaw is a rapidly growing, venture-funded startup specializing in secure, scalable eDiscovery software for legal professionals. We seek a Software Engineer for the Developer Experience team to enhance engineering productivity through innovative tools and streamlined workflows.
Skills
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or Typescript for application and service development.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, and GitHub.
- Designed and maintained cloud-based software solutions.
- Strong automation, scripting skills, and reusable tooling experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize developer tools to improve engineer productivity.
- Collaborate across Engineering Operations, Security, DevOps, Product, and Design teams.
- Design and implement large-scale improvements in frontend and backend codebases.
- Leverage developer efficiency metrics to plan workflow enhancements.
- Learn and integrate with existing technologies, workflows, and codebase.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent coursework.
