Growth Creative Lead

About us: Coffee is "wakeup technology" that has not materially improved in 1,500 years. We are changing that. 50% of Americans have a gene variant that makes metabolizing caffeine difficult, causing jitters, bloating, and stomach problems. Most people shrug their shoulders and say, "Welp, that's coffee." Instead of shoulder shrugging, we've developed a priority blend of coffee, functional mushrooms, collagen protein, and nootropics to promote focus, energy, immunity, and gut health. No crash. No B.S. We've served 300,000 customers in the past 3 years. There are 150,000,000 coffee drinkers left. We're less than 1% done. Come join us for the remaining 99%.

We’re seeking a Growth Creative Lead to bridge the gap between creative and performance while always using consumer insights and performance data to drive decisions. In this role, you’ll own creative direction and strategy for growth marketing initiatives while managing a team of creatives (static & video) to execute high-performing campaigns across paid social, CTV, YouTube, Google Display, and new customer acquisition landing pages. You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our brand through experimentation, and data-driven design.

  • 5+ years of experience in creative roles, ideally with a focus on growth/performance marketing (Bonus: Experience with CPG / Subscription Brands)
  • Strong portfolio of high-performing creative across channels (especially paid social and digital).
  • Proven track record of scaling creative strategy through testing and optimization.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; experience managing creative teams or freelancers.
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels, user acquisition, and conversion best practices.
  • Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or motion design tools.
  • A highly collaborative, curious, and analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the creative strategy for all growth marketing campaigns.
  • Create and oversee the production of performance-driven content (static creative, landing pages, digital videos - including YouTube, CTV etc.)
  • Collaborate with performance marketers, copywriters, designers, and external vendors to deliver compelling creative assets.
  • Hold weekly meetings with key stakeholders to develop new concepts and determine which creative to generate reiterations
  • Collaborate with media buying teams to ensure alignment between creative assets and targeting strategies.
  • Use data and insights to inform creative decisions, rapidly test new concepts, and iterate based on results.
  • Maintain a test-and-learn framework by documenting findings, building creative playbooks, and scale winning concepts.
  • Develop creative briefs that clearly articulate project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Continuously audit and refine creative processes to improve workflow efficiency and output quality.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of consumer insights, brand voice and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Manage and mentor a team of creatives, fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, brand, and content teams to align growth efforts with company-wide goals.
