Strategy Manager

About the role

This role will lead the company’s execution of strategy, focusing on excellent planning, definition, implementation, and monitoring of the company moonshots, objectives and key results. You will work cross-functionally with teams and leaders to ensure all efforts are strategically aligned and focused on achieving ambitious outcomes

What will you do?

  • Design and lead the strategy to implement ambitious goals across the organization.
  • Ensure the correct definition and prioritization of OKRs across all areas, aligning them with corporate goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of OKRs using tools and methodologies to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Facilitate strategic meetings and review sessions with department heads to maintain coherence and agility.
  • Act as a liaison between teams, promoting effective communication and a clear understanding of the paths to success.
  • Lead strategic projects that involve cross-functional efforts and execution excellence.
  • Foster a culture of performance and collaboration through the implementation of new working frameworks across the different key areas of the business.

  • Experience: 3–5 years in roles related to strategy execution, business planning, project management or OKR implementation.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of OKR frameworks, advanced knowledge of other strategy execution frameworks.
  • Advanced level of excel.
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills to turn data into strategic insights.
  • Proactive mindset for identifying barriers and proposing creative solutions.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English.
  • Plus: Previous experience in innovation-oriented companies or fast-growing startups.
  • Background in strategy or management consulting
