Technical Specialist - Android OS, Cisco devises and Intune engineer
Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Technical Specialist to join their team. As a Technical Specialist, you'll be part of the IT Operations Department supporting Enterprise Mobility and Collaboration teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for new innovative technology, strong communication skills, and adaptability which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead the migration of approximately 5000 Android-based Cisco audio/video/conferencing devices from a legacy Cisco management platform to Microsoft Intune.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Android OS management, including enrollment, policy, profile, and configuration within Intune.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams in the India time zone to ensure 1:1 parity in policy and configuration during the migration.
- Develop and implement unique Android enrollment profiles and configuration strategies for the new cloud-managed environment.
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure a seamless transition for all Cisco endpoints.
What's Needed?
- In-depth expertise in Android OS management, specifically with AOSP Standard.
- Proven experience in migrating large-scale device fleets to Intune Management.
- Familiarity with Cisco audio/video/conferencing devices and their management.
- Ability to work effectively with remote teams, particularly those in the India time zone.
- Strong ability to evaluate end-user business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
