They seek a Senior Motion Designer to lead motion graphics, animations, and video content creation that enhances their brand's visual storytelling across digital marketing channels.

Skills

Mastery in motion graphics, advanced animation, and video editing
Expertise with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
Strong design sense including typography, color, and composition
Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of music, sound, and rhythm in branding

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of video assets aligned with brand identity and creative vision
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to craft engaging visual stories for advertising channels
Transform footage and images into compelling final motion design assets
Develop and enforce motion guidelines ensuring brand consistency and quality
Research and implement emerging trends and animation techniques
Manage multiple projects to deliver creative content on time under deadlines
Ensure motion and video content meets high creative and technical standards
Contribute ideas for integrating video and motion graphics in broader brand initiatives
Source music for videos from stock or composed resources
Serve as point-of-contact for video freelancers and production teams
Attend video shoots as creative team representative
