Job Description
As a valued leader on our team, you will collaborate with leadership in the development and implementation of strategic plans for assessing and identifying potential risks that may threaten our reputation, safety, security, and/or financial success, as well as work with team members and leadership to communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders across the enterprise, and understand business objectives. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE The SF Operational Risk - Risk Management - Senior Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: Lead the team responsible for determining business areas that pose potential risks to the enterprise and collaborate with leadership to develop and implement processes to identify risks. Manage team efforts to evaluate and report on the impact of proposed risks to the enterprise. Manage information monitoring, processes, and reporting to reduce risk using rigorous analysis, and may assist with implementing updates and changes to the process. Document resolutions and control guidelines.
