As a Systems Support Specialist, your mission will be to ensure that all workstation issues are swiftly resolved, maximizing productivity across the organization. You'll collaborate with other IT teams and provide on-site and remote support for diverse hardware and software issues, giving you the chance to make a real impact on our firm's operations. Your expertise in multimedia meeting support will be invaluable as you assist the Audio/Visual Support team with projectors and conferencing systems. You'll be the go-to person for technical inquiries, and your ability to track, document, and monitor issues will showcase your attention to detail. With over five years of experience in Windows workstation management, you'll run diagnostic tests, recommend solutions, and ensure that every tech tool we use enhances our team's performance. Your strong background in supporting technologies like Windows 10, MS Office 365, SharePoint, and video conferencing equipment will be vital. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to develop instructional materials, share knowledge with colleagues, and even manage inventory while interacting with vendors.
