Technology Adoption Analyst (law firm exp. must be based in Southern CA)

As a Technology Adoption Analyst at our law firm, your primary responsibilities include collaborating with the IT development team and training manager to analyze business processes, designing, implementing, and documenting technology changes. You will champion and facilitate improvements in technology use across the firm, providing insights to enhance business effectiveness and supporting colleagues in adopting new technologies.

To excel as a Technology Adoption Analyst at our law firm, a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work-related experience is preferred. Additionally, candidates should have at least 2 years of experience working in a law firm environment, offering familiarity with unique applications and systems in the legal sector.

A successful Technology Adoption Analyst should possess advanced knowledge of Windows 10-11 operating systems, Microsoft Office, and desktop/laptop hardware, as well as mobile devices. Familiarity with the iManage Work 10 Document Management System is crucial, and any experience with Apple/Mac systems is considered a plus.
