Role Overview: As a Performance Analyst at FERMÀT, you will be at the forefront of optimizing eCommerce performance for leading DTC brands, driving measurable impact across their marketing efforts. Reporting to the Product Operations Manager, you’ll analyze key funnel metrics, recommend data-driven optimizations, and run experiments to enhance conversion rates across paid ads, email, and SMS campaigns. This role offers significant opportunities for growth within a fast-scaling, innovative company redefining the eCommerce space.
Responsibilities
Bring your hustle to the table; we love go-getters who push the envelope
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in E-commerce and CRO
Examine funnel statistics for active e-commerce websites
Make recommendations for configuration changes such as media, content, UX flows, offers, etc.
Recommend and run experiments for brands along vectors such as discounts, media, UX, etc.
Maintain knowledge base of e-commerce variables and proven tactics / configurations
Summarize results of performance optimization efforts for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
2-3 years of work experience in E-commerce or CRO
Experienced in funnel optimization & UX best practices
Understanding of data query languages like SQL
Experience in Media buying/Facebook Ad Manager
Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients
A fast mover with an eye for improving processes
A strong verbal and written communicator
Solid project and account management skills – you keep things running smoothly
Knowing tools like Facebook Ad Manager, Posthog, Data Visualization Tools, etc.
Experience with data analysis and reporting
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
