Director, AI & Data Solutions Strategy, GTM

Fetch is a rewards platform transforming brand and consumer engagement through AI-powered products. They seek a strategic leader to define and lead go-to-market strategies for newly built AI and Data Solutions, collaborating cross-functionally to drive commercial success.

Skills

Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and commercial applications
Experience with SQL or working closely with analytics teams
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving in ambiguous environments
Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Define and evolve the GTM strategy for new AI-powered products from alpha to commercialization
Identify and size customer segments, personas, and use cases
Lead discovery efforts with prospective clients to validate value propositions and pricing models
Develop pricing frameworks, packaging strategies, and monetization plans
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to align priorities and messaging
Develop strategic dashboards to monitor GTM progress and product-market fit signals
Create executive-level materials summarizing insights and recommendations

Education

Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
