Senior Data & AI Solutions Activation Manager, GTM

They seek a Senior Data & AI Solutions Activation Manager to lead go-to-market activities for their AI and data insights platform, focusing on execution of pilot programs, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Skills

  • Proven experience in GTM, product marketing, or program leadership in enterprise or martech settings
  • Strong execution skills managing multi-threaded pilot programs
  • Excellent collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Superior project management abilities in fast-paced environments
  • Passion for data insights, campaign performance, and enabling commercial success

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day Alpha/Beta operations including client selection, onboarding, measurement, and defining success criteria
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Sales Specialists to support deal cycles, run product demos, and enable co-selling
  • Develop playbooks, pitch materials, and training content to scale knowledge across GTM teams
  • Design and deliver KPI dashboards to track client success, feature usage, and conversion
  • Manage feedback loops with clients to identify friction points and provide input for the product roadmap
  • Partner with Marketing on new feature launches, case studies, and go-to-market campaigns
  • Manage cross-functional program timelines to ensure alignment and execution

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
