Senior Instructional/Experience DesignerFidelity TalentSource is your destination for discovering your next temporary role at Fidelity Investments. We are currently sourcing for a Senior Instructional Designer /Experience Designer to work in Jersey City, New Jersey; Covington, Kentucky; Westlake, Texas; or Boston, MA!The RoleThis is a role for an experienced, tech-savvy, hard-working learning experience designer who enjoys working on complex multifaceted learning solutions. Working together with one peer partner and collaborating with the team spearheading this initiative, they will convert classroom based presentations into a variety of digital assets that are then organized and accessed on the Degreed platform. The role is design and execution heavy with anticipated 90% of time spent on design and execution of the design and 10% of time spent consulting with the internal client and meeting with the project manager and head of talent and learning. It is a great opportunity for people who are organized, can meet deadlines, manage their own projects, who enjoy building creative engaging solutions.The Expertise and Skills You Bring• 5+ years crafting learning experiences in a corporate setting• Direct experience using Adobe Creative Suite programs for visual and multimedia design• Other authoring tools are a plus: Domiknow, Synthesia, as are video editing skills• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or a related field preferred• Experience in financial services or consulting firms preferredThe TeamThis role will report into the Head of Talent & Learning for our Enterprise Services group. The role will support a team charged with transforming and digitizing a traditional on-boarding/new hire training for internal consultants.
