Figma is a rapidly growing design platform looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Onboarding Program Manager to own and scale the global onboarding experience, ensuring new hires feel equipped and connected from day one.

Responsibilities

Own and lead global onboarding program end-to-end from vision to execution and continuous improvement.
Design scalable systems and processes delivering quality onboarding for remote, hybrid, and in-office employees.
Manage logistics, tools, documentation, communications, and timelines related to onboarding.
Collaborate cross-functionally with People Ops, IT, Talent, L&D, Workplace, and business leaders.
Monitor success metrics such as time-to-productivity, engagement, and new hire satisfaction.
Advise and support hiring managers with resources and planning for effective new hire integration.
