Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales roles, partner with leaders to develop strategies, source talent, and leverage data for hiring improvements.
Skills: 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, 2+ years of sales recruiting in tech, expert SaaS knowledge, strong communication skills.
Qualifications: In-house recruiting experience in SaaS is a plus but not required.
Location: United States, with options in San Francisco and New York
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $70,000 - $120,000.
