They seek a detail-oriented Customer Engagement & Finance Specialist to manage collections, improve payment processes, and maintain strong client relationships in their rapidly growing Austin office.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to address and collect outstanding invoices professionally.
Continuously assess and improve collections and payment processes.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and collections activities.
Update CRM and accounts database ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Manage escalations to appropriate teams for payment issue resolution.
Collaborate cross-functionally with billing and support teams.
Identify and help remove obstacles preventing customer payments to avoid service disruption.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree or higher preferred.
