🌍 How does Finalis work?
We are a fully-remote company with Finalists distributed between the time zones of Eastern Standard Time and Eastern European Time .
If you’re located outside this time zone range, depending on the needs of your team, you may be requested to be available during specific hours.
Although we don’t have an official physical place to work, we promote gathering with your team or other colleagues whenever possible.
🤝 What about your team?
You will be part of the People Team and collaborate with other teams of the company that require your assistance in recruiting, sourcing, training and developing talent.
You will be in charge of representing the company’s Hiring Plan adherence by conducting effective and efficient recruitment processes
✨ What will you be doing?
You will post and update job descriptions in order to match the company’s current values and requirements.
Understand the business needs of the company and specific teams in order to tailor each job description
You will stay up-to-date with the latest trends in job description design and engagement in order to increase our visibility rate with our job postings.
You will perform Kick-Off Calls for each new open position in order to officially initiate the recruiting process.
You will ensure all positions achieve their highest possible levels of effectiveness and efficiency by:
Adding and updating all necessary auto-reject rules. This includes proactively coming up with new ones that might help the Hiring Team filter the candidates’ pipeline.
Customizing each Interview Plan to best represent the accurate process the candidates are going through.
Automate and complete each interview stage as much as possible to facilitate a smoother recruitment process and less manual work (e.g.: adding activities such as Interview Scheduling, Take-Home assignments, E-Signature Documents,)
Adding and detailing each Interview Briefing in order for interviewers to have a guide to read while performing their interviews
You will source candidates for required positions through different Job Platforms.
You will conduct necessary interviews as well as schedule Briefing calls to finalize alignment with main stakeholders in order to make the final decision and decide on a potential hire.
You will connect with Recruiting Agencies to ensure a complete understanding of our hiring needs and necessary requirements.
You will work closely with hiring managers to develop a strategic recruitment plan for each recruitment lifecycle.
You will provide professional recruitment expertise and guidance to agency managers, Finalists and job applicants.
You will provide counsel and support to all levels of internal and external managers, Finalists, and any other peers on recruitment and hiring-related topics and strategies.
You will produce reports on hiring plans and strategies as well as any trend within our hiring process that needs to be highlighted and addressed.
You will create and review Recruiting policies in order to ensure a fair hiring & employment.
You will analyze our recruitment software and the performance of it, in order to recommend improvements or changes.
💬 Who are we looking for
You have exceptional/proficient written and spoken English
You have a minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience
You have a bachelor in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields
You have Google Workspace experience
You have excellent communication skills
You have strong organizational skills
You can handle confidential information
You have the ability to work swiftly with a high sense of urgency and be comfortable with shifting priorities and deadlines
You are a self-starter, quick learner and highly organized with attention to detail
You have the ability to follow up; know what's going on at all times and respond quickly
You are flexible, patient, persistent and have a team spirit attitude
