Technology Analyst Program - Business Analyst/Project Management

The Fiserv Technology Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two structured assessments within one specific track over a 2-2.5-year period.  Each assignment will build on the other and provide a breadth of experience within Fintech! 

What does a successful Technology Analyst/Project Management Analyst do?  

We are looking for proactive analysts to join our team! This track within the Technology Analyst Program will give you the opportunity in partnering with team members and focusing on projects. You will ensure the completeness and quality of the project tasks are aligned with the organizational strategy, while complying with best practices.

What you will do: 

• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to document business requirements for new API features.

• Conduct gap analysis between legacy core systems and Finxact’s architecture.

• Assist the project management office (PMO) in tracking milestones, deliverables, and deadlines for client onboarding projects.

• Compile and standardize weekly status reports across cross-functional teams.

What you will need to have: 

• Recent graduate of a bachelor's degree program completed in December 2023 or after with a major in Project Management, Business Management, Information Management, Computer Science, Communications degree

• You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

• 3.0+ GPA

What Would Be Great to Have:

• Knowledge of tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or Salesforce

• Exposure to cloud-based platforms or SaaS delivery models

• Understanding of SDLC or software project workflows
