Role Overview:

As a Senior Sales Executive for North America, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the region. This is a key role that requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. You will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and closing high-value deals. This role offers significant earning potential and the opportunity to make a substantial impact on the company's success.

  • Drive new business across the North America region, executing strategic sales plans to consistently exceed revenue targets.

  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers, aligning Flagright’s solutions with their specific needs.

  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, delivering impactful presentations and product demonstrations.

  • Conduct thorough market research, assess competitive landscapes, and identify potential clients, providing actionable feedback to enhance offerings.

  • Collaborate closely with the Global Head of Sales and other teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with company goals. Provide regular reports on sales progress.

  • Exceed sales targets, contributing to the ambitious goal of quadrupling revenue within two years.

  • Apply innovative sales strategies and adapt to evolving market conditions and client needs.

  • Must be based in San Francisco Bay Area and authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship (visa sponsorship is not available).

  • Over 5 years of experience in senior sales, ideally within the SaaS or fintech sectors, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.

  • In-depth knowledge of financial services, particularly in compliance, AML, and risk management, with familiarity with USA and Canadian regulations being a plus.

  • High agency and low ego.

  • Skilled in prospecting, negotiation, and closing, with a strong ability to showcase Return on Investment.
