Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations - Customer Success

Flex is a growing FinTech company focused on revolutionizing rent payment experiences. The Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations - Customer Success will drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence in Flex's customer success function, collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with VP of Customer Success to set and translate long-term strategy into executable goals
Manage diverse projects, including AI strategy and service models, adapting to shifting priorities
Own and evolve forecasting models to optimize staffing and response quality
Analyze data and customer insights to improve CSAT and customer experience
Continuously improve processes, collaboration, and cost optimization
Review and redesign team structures to address skill gaps
Prepare and facilitate executive-facing progress reports and meetings
Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and handle complex problems with agility
Maintain high productivity and manage pressure constructively

Education

Bachelor’s degree required
Advanced degree preferred but not mandatory
