Accounts Receivable Specialist - Bilingual Guadalajara

MezTal is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with a solid background in AR processes, who has worked with U.S.-based companies, understands US GAAP, and is comfortable operating in a bilingual environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of payments and resolution of discrepancies.
• Communicate directly with U.S.-based clients and internal teams to manage outstanding receivables.
• Maintain accurate records and support month-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve billing and collections procedures.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and company financial policies.
• Support audits and provide documentation as required.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar roles.

• Experience working with U.S. clients or companies.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Intermediate to advanced English skills (spoken and written).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Ability to work hybrid in Guadalajara, Jalisco.

• Experience in the senior living or healthcare industry.
