IMEX USA is a provider of railroad terminal services in Florida. We are seeking a bilingual (English-Spanish), motivated and determined Terminal Manager to be responsible for the planning and supervision of the Intermodal operations for FEC railway in the Miami area. The ramp Manager will need to meet the customer's scheduling requirements through on-time spot and release of trains.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent required. A.A./A.S. Degree preferred, but not required.
Previous Intermodal operations experience in the rail industry.
Previous experience in managing teams and building interpersonal relationships
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Bilingual (English, Spanish)
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as data associated with overhaul, periodic maintenance and supplier contracts. Ability to evaluate technical information associated with Component parts engineering reports and analysis.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must have moderate degree of computer skills in Windows operating systems; internet communications; and proficiently use Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel programs. Must also have ability to learn and utilize skills necessary to optimize AS 400 modules and resources as well as other applicable software programs.
