Flourish Research is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Call Center Agent to join our team in a remote or office setting. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our research team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our research projects and services
- Proactively upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and gather feedback on customer experiences
- Maintain customer records by accurately documenting all interactions and transactions
- Assist in researching and analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a research or data-driven industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in computer skills and experience with CRM software
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
