At FlyAkeed, we are seeking an experienced Scrum Master Manager to lead our teams in adopting Agile methodologies, achieving milestones, and delivering exceptional products on time. In this role, you will not only facilitate Scrum processes but also champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Agile Excellence: Lead and mentor multiple Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and driving effective Scrum practices.
• Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Orchestrate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and other Agile events to foster alignment and engagement.
• Remove Roadblocks: Proactively identify and eliminate impediments to ensure seamless progress and timely delivery.
• Coach for Growth: Train and coach teams on Scrum practices, empowering them to take ownership of delivery while fostering a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate on Priorities: Partner with Product Owners to ensure clear communication of priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track and Improve: Monitor key metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.), analyze team performance, and implement strategies to boost productivity and effectiveness.
• Advocate for Teams: Act as the bridge between teams and leadership, advocating for team needs while providing transparency on project progress.
• Promote Accountability: Instill a culture of ownership and accountability within teams, ensuring clear alignment with deadlines and milestones.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Proven Experience: 5+ years in Agile project management, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required; additional Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, PSM) are a plus.
• Deep Agile Expertise: Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks, with proven success in scaling Agile practices across teams.
• Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple Scrum teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Excellent Communication: Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
• Technical Acumen: Proficiency with project management tools, particularly JIRA and Notion; experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Adept at identifying challenges and implementing solutions that enhance team efficiency and delivery outcomes.
