We are seeking a highly innovative, experienced and visionary Director of Digital Transformation and Operations Excellence to lead the company’s digital transformation efforts, driving operational improvements across different teams including IT, CRM, Data, and Applications. This role requires leveraging AI, automation, and innovative technologies to optimize business processes, enhance efficiency, and support strategic goals. This role needs a combination of technical expertise, leadership experience, and a strong focus on business operations and digital transformation. Successful candidate must be a strategic thinker who can innovate, optimize, and drive change across the organization, particularly within the IT, CRM, Data, and Applications domains.

What You Will Do ❓

      • Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives: Drive the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies to optimize business processes, improve efficiency, and enable innovation across the organization.
      • Operational Excellence: Oversee continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across four key departments: IT, CRM, Data, Applications, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
      • AI & Technology Integration: Utilize AI, machine learning, and automation to enhance business processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop intelligent solutions that improve decision-making, customer experience, and overall performance.
      • Collaboration and Cross-Department Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and execute digital transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth integration of CRM, data management, and application solutions.
      • Optimize Business Processes: Map and analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement new technologies, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
      • Change Management: Drive cultural change and adoption of digital transformation initiatives across the organization, including leading training programs, change management strategies, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
      • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute a roadmap for digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals.
      • Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to manage the implementation and scaling of new technologies, ensuring alignment with company needs and industry best practices.
      • Data-Driven Decision Making: Lead data-driven initiatives across departments, using analytics and business intelligence to improve operations, enhance customer relationships, and support strategic decision-making.
      • Mentorship and Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance on digital initiatives, business processes, and the integration of new technologies.

What Are We Looking For❓

      • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, operational excellence, or business process management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
      • Business Processes Expertise: Strong understanding of business processes, workflow optimization, and how to integrate digital tools for operational improvement.
      • AI & Technology Experience: Proven experience working with AI, machine learning, and automation technologies to drive process improvements and innovation.
      • Cross-Department Experience: Experience managing or collaborating closely with IT, CRM, Data, and Application teams, and aligning digital transformation efforts across various business functions.
      • Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business operations, the ability to analyze complex business problems, and a strategic mindset to drive efficiency and profitability.
      • Change Management Skills: Experience in driving organizational change and leading teams through complex transitions to new technologies or business processes.
      • Start-Up Mentality: A flexible, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, experimenting with new technologies, and adapting to evolving business needs.
      • Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Operations Management, or related fields.
      • Language: Arabic proficiency is a plus, but not a must.
      • Location: Candidate must be located in Riyadh, KSA or willing to relocate.
