Fordham University is seeking a Senior Director for the Center for Educational Innovation to provide strategic leadership in developing innovative teaching methodologies and inclusive learning experiences for diverse student needs.
Responsibilities: The Senior Director will lead the development and evaluation of strategic initiatives, manage operations, support faculty training, integrate technology, and enhance educational programs.
Skills: Candidates should possess a Ph.D. or similar terminal degree, at least 7 years of experience in education, and strong communication and leadership skills.
Qualifications: Preferred candidates will have prior experience in a director role, knowledge of effective teaching practices, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion in education.
Location: This position is based in New York, New York, USA and involves no remote work.
Compensation: $145000 - $165000 / Annually

Position Summary
Reporting to the Vice Provost for Academic Affairs, the Senior Director of the Center for Educational Innovation (CEI) works collaboratively to build the CEI into a University resource that supports instructors in developing high-quality, innovative, and inclusive teaching methodologies, leverages the Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm – IPP, and fosters learning experiences to meet diverse learning needs of students across all modalities of instruction.
The Senior Director provides strategic leadership for the ongoing development, implementation, and assessment of the Center’s programs, services, and resources.
