Senior Clinical Recruiter

FORM Health is an innovative virtual obesity medicine clinic delivering multidisciplinary evidence-based treatment through telemedicine. They are seeking a Senior Clinical Recruiter experienced in high volume clinical recruiting, passionate about candidate experience, and able to adapt to shifting business needs to efficiently source and hire clinical care team members.

Skills

High volume clinical recruiting and sourcing expertise
Experience with Greenhouse ATS
Strong consultative and relationship-building skills
Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic environment
Knowledge of healthcare provider roles and credentialing processes

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle sourcing, recruitment, and hiring of care and clinical team members including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Registered Dietitians, and Care Coordinators.
Develop and implement top of funnel recruiting strategies to maintain an active candidate pipeline.
Collaborate closely with hiring leaders to align recruiting efforts with business priorities.
Continuously improve recruiting systems, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency.
Maintain accurate applicant tracking system metrics and reporting.
Stay updated on various state licensing and credentialing requirements.
Engage and educate candidates about FORM Health and its benefits.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
