Role Overview:
The Director of eCommerce Product & CRO will take full ownership of Freebird’s website, driving its performance through CRO, UX design, data-driven experimentation, and international expansion. You’ll work with existing design and development resources while building the structure, processes, and team needed to scale our eCommerce experience.

Core Responsibilities:

  • CRO Leadership: Develop and execute a prioritized roadmap for testing and optimization to improve conversion rates and user experience.
  • Funnel Optimization: Create and refine high-performing landing pages and funnels, collaborating closely with marketing to align with campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Ensure accurate tracking of KPIs like conversion rates, AOV, and funnel performance. Use data to identify opportunities and measure results.
  • Team Building: Establish and scale a high-performing eCommerce team, including CRO, UX/UI, and analytics experts.
