Information Security Engineer (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

We’re looking for a skilled Information Security Engineer to join our dynamic team! This critical role will ensure the protection and continuity of our operations during disruptive events, such as natural disasters, cyber-attacks, or emergencies.

As an Information Security Engineer, you’ll be responsible for safeguarding our infrastructure, ensuring business continuity, and building disaster recovery strategies that keep our systems and data secure. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and test IT business continuity plans

• Identify risks to operations and technology infrastructure

• Lead disaster recovery simulations and tabletop exercises

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners during emergency situations

• Support cloud security, incident response, and vulnerability management

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in system design, configuration analysis, and testing

• Strong knowledge of technology infrastructure (servers, networks, databases)

• Familiarity with ISO 22301, NIST, or ITIL frameworks

• Expertise in disaster recovery tools like backup and recovery, replication, and high availability solutions

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

This compensation range is specific to the States of New York and California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000 to $115,587.
