Content Writer, HSA

Health-E Commerce is seeking a skilled Content Writer to create and optimize content supporting the HSA customer journey, collaborating across teams to deliver clear, consumer-friendly messaging that drives engagement and conversion.

Skills

Excellent writing, editing, and research capabilities with attention to detail.
Strong understanding of brand tone and consumer mindset.
Familiarity with content strategy, UX writing, and SEO concepts.
Ability to create clear, engaging, and benefit-driven messaging across various digital channels.

Responsibilities

Write and edit content guiding consumers through the HSA experience from awareness to purchase.
Support partner-facing content including toolkits, emails, landing pages, and educational materials for TPAs, brokers, and employers.
Contribute to eCommerce content strategy by writing product copy, category pages, email campaigns, and educational resources.
Collaborate with design, brand, and marketing teams to maintain consistent tone, voice, and UX across all content.
Map and improve content across key moments in the HSA customer lifecycle.
Stay updated on healthcare benefit trends and translate complex information into consumer-friendly language.
Maintain and update content in CMS and support ongoing SEO optimization.

Education

Relevant educational background in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related fields is preferred.
