Full-Stack Software Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for a pragmatic, product-minded software engineer who can own features end-to-end—from shaping technical design to shipping reliable, well-tested code. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and data teams to build scalable web applications that delight users and move key business metrics.

Key Responsibilities

AreaWhat You’ll DoFeature DevelopmentDesign, implement, and deploy new product features across the React/TypeScript front-end and Go/Kotlin microservices back-end.Architecture & ScaleBreak monoliths into well-defined services, optimize SQL/NoSQL data models, and ensure systems remain observable and fault-tolerant under load.Quality & ReliabilityWrite unit, integration, and E2E tests, participate in code reviews, and lead post-mortems to eliminate root causes of incidents.DevEx & ToolingAutomate CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes) and champion best practices around linting, static analysis, and release management.Cross-Functional CollaborationTranslate product specs into technical tasks, demo work to stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design sessions.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience building production web applications.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one back-end language (Go, Kotlin, Java, or Python).
  • Deep understanding of RESTful/GraphQL APIs, relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and caching layers (Redis).
  • Comfortable with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid grasp of testing strategies, code reviews, and agile development workflows.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, Pub/Sub) and domain-driven design.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi).
  • Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (Next.js, Remix) and component libraries (Radix, shadcn/ui).
  • Prior exposure to data pipelines, real-time analytics, or ML model integrations.
