Responsibilities


• Welcome potential residents via phone or in-person to the GSC community.

• Conduct any and all communications with our customers, prospects, residents, applicants or coworkers in a manner consistent with the Company’s Customer Service Program and philosophy.

•Assist in leasing office efficiency and coordination to include auditing of all leasing paperwork to ensure policy and procedure compliance.

• Assist in their search for a new apartment home by showing apartments and providing a tour of the community.

• Coordinate the rental application and qualification process with prospective residents.

• Collaborate with the Property Manager in coordinating community and resident appreciation events.

• Assist residents with lease renewals and various requests.

• Provide excellent customer service to all residents, prospects, applicants, internal associates, and external vendors.

Requirements

Requirements


• Outstanding sales ability and two years sales experience in a computerized environment.

• Previous leasing experience is a plus.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• A willingness to learn, grow professionally, and work collaboratively with a team.

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
