Customer Support Analyst II - Automation

GHX, a healthcare business and data automation company, seeks a Customer Support Analyst II to provide exceptional support and troubleshooting for their B2B exchange system, working with customers to resolve technical issues and contributing to the knowledge base.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for customers via telephone, email, and web portal to resolve system and product issues.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to deliver timely and effective solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to document and research customer interactions and solutions.
  • Use and contribute to the Customer Support Knowledge Base to resolve current and new issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues effectively by understanding internal roles and skills.
  • Mentor Customer Support Analyst I team members as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with peers to ensure prompt problem resolution.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in computer systems or related business, scientific, technical, or engineering disciplines OR
  • Relevant technical certification OR
  • More than one year experience supporting customers in ISP, ASP, software, or business application environments.
