Customer Support Analyst II - Automation

GHX, a healthcare business and data automation company, seeks a Customer Support Analyst II to provide exceptional support and troubleshooting for their B2B exchange system, working with customers to resolve technical issues and contributing to the knowledge base.

Skills

Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across multiple platforms.
Organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines while managing customer interactions.
Exceptional customer service aptitude with a positive customer focus.
Understanding of Information System components including databases and inter-application logic.
Self-directed learning capability.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for customers via telephone, email, and web portal to resolve system and product issues.
Collaborate with team members and departments to deliver timely and effective solutions.
Utilize Salesforce CRM to document and research customer interactions and solutions.
Use and contribute to the Customer Support Knowledge Base to resolve current and new issues.
Escalate unresolved issues effectively by understanding internal roles and skills.
Mentor Customer Support Analyst I team members as needed.
Work collaboratively with peers to ensure prompt problem resolution.

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer systems or related business, scientific, technical, or engineering disciplines OR
Relevant technical certification OR
More than one year experience supporting customers in ISP, ASP, software, or business application environments.
