Training & Facilitation Lead - Mexico City - Hybrid

As the Sr. Lead / Lead, Training & Facilitation, you will be responsible for facilitating professional development training for global individual contributors and managers based on stakeholder needs. You will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive training program for our new college graduates and interns. You will also work closely with SME’s, cross functional teams, and managers to assess company-wide training needs and drive solution focused training initiatives. 
 
 
What you’ll do:  
  • Facilitate on demand and recurring virtual and in person training sessions for global employees 
  • Evaluating and measuring effectiveness of the sessions 
  • Evaluate individual and organizational training needs 
  • Conduct periodic assessment and do skill gap analysis and provide training recommendations 
  • Work with our instructional designer to create content for classroom and virtually lead sessions 
  • Publish and maintain regular training calendars 
  • Engage employees through varied communication mediums (Slack, Outlook, Confluence) 

 

 
What you’ve done:  
  • Current or previous experience training global audiences 
  • Facilitation/Training certification 
  • Specialized training certifications (DISC, StrengthsFinder, MBTI, PI, 5 Disfunctions, etc.) 
 
 
Who you are:  
  • 4+ years of experience as a professional development facilitator 
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods 
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices 
  • Proficient in MS Office 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill 
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors 
  • Has any professional certification related to L&D
