Leasing Consultant

Givens Great Laurels is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to join their team, responsible for maintaining a professional atmosphere and assisting residents with the leasing process.

Skills

  • HUD/Tax Credit/Affordable Housing Certifications
  • Property management experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies

Responsibilities

  • Conduct business in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a professional atmosphere in the leasing office.
  • Inspect properties for cleanliness and readiness.
  • Answer calls and handle inquiries from prospects and residents.
  • Assist with application processes and notify applicants of results.
  • Provide community tours and follow-ups with prospects.
  • Assist with marketing strategies and property promotion.
  • Conduct property inspections and report maintenance needs.

Education

  • Relevant housing certifications are preferred.
