Responsibilities
- Work cross functionally on renewable energy and infrastructure investment acquisitions
- Prepare monthly investment and suspense reconciliations
- Perform month end closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and NAIC Model Audit Rules
- Prepare analysis reports of investment results
- Oversee assigned SPV activities
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA, MBA, CFA preferred
