Compensation: This role will be compensated with a base annual salary plus an annual bonus percentage

  • Base Annual Range: $70,000-$90,000

Location: On-site at GOLFTEC’s Headquarters in Englewood, CO

Position Summary

GOLFTEC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Financial Analyst to join our Finance team at our world headquarters in Denver, Colorado.  In this role, you will leverage financial data to support strategic decision-making primarily within our GOLFTEC business unit. You will be responsible for driving financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support key business decisions.  Collaborating closely with various departments, you will play a key role in shaping financial decisions and storytelling that effectively communicates the financial health of the business.  The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the forecast and budgeting process for the GOLFTEC business unit and corporate cost centers to meet the reporting requirements of our parent company and operational needs.
  • Continuously monitor financial results, identifying and analyzing variances against budget and forecast to provide actionable insights.
  • Partner with key business leaders to inform decisions regarding planning, resource allocation, and investments, contributing to overall financial and operational success.
  • Identify and communicate trends, risks, and opportunities based on financial and operational data, helping to guide business decision-making.
  • Create and maintain reports and presentations that communicate financial performance and insights into the business.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial systems and processes within the finance department, driving automation and continuous improvement.
  • Perform various ad-hoc financial analyses and support special projects as needed to address evolving business requirements.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
  • 2-5 years of related experience
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel & other Office applications
  • Familiarity with robust ERP & reporting software (Adaptive, NetSuite, Oracle, Planful, etc.)
  • Detail oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity
  • Effective at multitasking and prioritization to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Hybrid working environment available with expectation of at least 3 days on-site once onboarding is complete
